These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DevNest Apps website and software services, including the GoalPulse AI mobile app. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Football Predictions
GoalPulse AI provides football match predictions and related information. Predictions shown in GoalPulse AI are generated using statistical models and are for informational purposes only. No prediction outcome is guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on app content. We do not provide betting, gambling, or financial advice.
User Accounts
Some features require an account (for example, via Firebase Authentication or Google Sign-In). You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Subscriptions
GoalPulse AI may offer paid subscriptions in the future (for example, through RevenueCat or your app store's billing system). If offered, subscription price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown at purchase and governed by the applicable store's policies. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through your store account settings.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all content and software provided by DevNest Apps is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws.
Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, prediction accuracy, or any particular match result. All predictions are provided for informational purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevNest Apps and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the services, including reliance on predictions, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid for a subscription.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
